- Students will be sleeping in a 2 bed, 4 person room.
- Each student will at least have one person they choose as a rooming partner.
- Once partners are chosen the names are sent to the hotel - they cannot be changed for security reasons
- If a student cannot find a roommate, one will be chosen and parents will be advised prior to finalization
