All students need to complete medication plan form even if they are not taking medication (see below). This is due back by May 4th.
Medications need to be dropped off to nurse on or before May 11th. Students are not allowed to carry any medications with them on the trip. (Unauthorized medications will be confiscated during bag search).
All medications must be in the original, labeled containers.
Students will be allowed to carry their own Epinephrine Auto Injectors (Epi-pens) , inhalers, and enzyme supplements only. All other medications will be held by MPS designees.
Both a morning and evening medication pass will be done at the hotel by MPS designees. Students who take scheduled medications are expected to report to the assigned room to take their medications and get signed off.
PRN (As Needed) medications, as well as Ibuprofen/Tylenol, will stay with chaperones during the day .
Do not pack over the counter Tylenol or Ibuprofen, unless your child has a prescription strength or needs liquid/chewables in which case these should be given to the nurse by May 11. Chaperones will carry standard Ibuprofen/Tylenol in their first aid kits.
