In the event you must cancel your student’s trip, the following cancellation penalties will be assessed:
- Cancellations postmarked prior to April 3, 2020 - full refund, less $125.00
- After April 3, 2020 - refunds will be subject to additional expenses incurred.
- Absolutely no refunds for individual cancellations within two weeks of the trip departure date.
- Trip insurance is available through Capital Tours and costs an additional $37.50 per student.
